Before You Travel
Confirm your tournament venue and schedule with the organizer. Check hotel rules, parking arrangements, driving distances, local weather, and equipment needs. Pack uniforms, footwear, sports equipment, medications, chargers and identification.
During Tournament Weekend
Allow extra travel time between venues. Identify a grocery store, pharmacy, urgent care location and family-friendly restaurant near your venue. Coordinate Team meals in advance and keep emergency contacts handy.
Save Time and Money
Compare your lodging options within tournament rules, plan shared transportation where appropriate, and use local services that fit your family’s schedule and budget.
